イカの旬ももうそろそろ終わるのかな・・・。1杯¥100と安かったので今夜は簡単なバター醤油焼きにしました。ワタは一緒に入れずに捨ててしまいましたが、柔らかくご飯の進む味でした♪ししとうは素焼きにし、鰹節とお醤油で!本当に簡単な副菜ですが、嫁さんの大好きな1品です。あとは余っていた茄子を入れたお味噌汁と赤米入りのご飯を食べました☆
The season of the squid is coming close to the end for this year, so I wanted to make something with it tonight. Fortunately they were on sale too, so perfect timing. After cleaning the squids, I made several marks on them with a knife so they don't shrink while cooking. Add some butter on the pan, cook the squids until they are almost done, and then add some soy sauce at the end. Serve them with chopped spring onions, and done! Simple enough!
The second dish was with Shishito (a type of green pepper). After washing them, puncture a hole in each green pepper (so that they don't pop while cooking) and grill them on a pan. The trick is not to add any oil to the pan! Once they are done, serve them on a plate, garnish some bonito flakes and a bit of soy sauce. Very easy and simple, but delicious! I had these dishes with eggplant miso soup, and some streamed rice. Very Japanese dinner, I think.
