I never made bagels before, but I had a bit of time today. I kept running into recipe posts on how to make bagels, so I decided to give it a try. Most of the time, bagles are made with bread flower - which is always heavier than the normal flower - but I decided to make them with normal light flower to save cost. Making them took a lot longer than I expected, but the bagles turned our alright. I am looking forward to making sandwiches with them.

合計(Total)¥240($2.40)
¥100調味料代として加算しています♪ I put an extra dollar for seasonings and condiments that I didn't calculate above.
