I had some left over noodles from last nights' Hiroshima style Japanese pancake, so I made some chow mein in the microwave. I threw all the ingredients in a microwavable bowl, covered it with saran wrap, and heated it for about 7 minutes. Very quick and easy dish.

キャベツ(Cabbage)1/4個(1/4)¥25($0.25)
玉葱(Onion)半個(1/2)¥15($0.15)
紅生姜(Pickled Ginger)適量(suitable amount)
青のり(Green Laver)適量(suitable amount)
鰹節(Bonito Flakes)適量(suitable amount)
合計(Total)¥320($3.20)
¥100調味料代として加算しています♪ I put an extra dollar for seasonings and condiments that I didn't calculate above.
