I didn't know how to translate the dish into English today, so I just settled with the "Japanese Assorted Pancake." It's a bit misleading because it doesn't taste anything like pancakes, but I guess the recipe does use flower, and the dish does resemble a round pancake shape. It is called Hiroshima Style because Japanese Assorted Pancake is often thought to have originated from people living in and around Osaka Prefecture, but Hiroshima Prefecture had its own style by using a lot less flower and replacing it with egg noodles. Anyway, if you can get the ingredients it is worth trying it out. I really enjoyed this dish.
